Dear Principals and Educators of Secondary Schools,
We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to enhance your students’ education with current and practical topics in the fields of security, defence, and crisis preparedness.
On 23 October 2026, an accompanying educational program entitled DEFENCE AND SECURITY FOR STUDENTS will take place at the PVA EXPO PRAGUE Letňany venue as part of the prestigious international exhibition Future Forces & Forum. We would like to invite students from your school to attend. They can look forward to a day full of experiences, inspiration, and practical demonstrations.
This part of the professional accompanying program, developed under the auspices of public administration, armed forces, and national emergency services, is designed to introduce students to the key aspects of national defence and security in an understandable and engaging way.
Main program topics:
- National Defence System: How cooperation between the military and civilian sectors works
- Crisis Preparedness: How to respond in emergency situations (natural disasters, security threats)
- Cybersecurity: Protection in the digital environment under the guidance of experts in the Cyber Pavilion
- Citizen Preparation for National Defence (POKOS), an educational project of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic focused on public defence awareness, helping students understand how national defence works and how to act appropriately in crisis situations
- Public Health Preparedness as one of the pillars of societal resilience
- Interactive workshops and crisis simulation exercises
- Dynamic demonstrations by security and rescue services
- Inspiring lectures by experts and real-world role models
- An opportunity to look “behind the scenes” of professions that truly make a difference
Programs will be actively delivered by professionals from the following key partner organizations:
- Police of the Czech Republic
- Prague Municipal Police
- Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic
- Prague Emergency Medical Service
- Army of the Czech Republic
- Prison Service of the Czech Republic
- Customs Administration of the Czech Republic
- Czech Red Cross
The goal is not only to educate, but above all to inspire young people, show them real career opportunities, and support them in making decisions about their future professional paths.
The event is organized by Future Advanced Technologies and the Cybersecurity Center, a registered institute.
